Culinary Engineering

Unsure how to make much more than mac & cheese and ramen noodles? Learn the very basics of cooking from professional chefs of the outstanding Sodexo staff. This hands-on program will prepare you to cook when you leave RPI - the class will teach you knife techniques, sautéing, blanching, grilling, making sauces, and so much more. At the end you'll eat what you've made. Details on how to sign up will be e-mailed to the class.

Sushi:  Thursday, April 23, 4 p.m. & 6 p.m.
Grilling:  Tuesday, May 5, 4 p.m. & 6 p.m.

Speaker Series

We offer programs based on resume building, interviewing techniques and career related programs. Most of these programs have alumni as volunteers and mentors in order to provide advice and tips for an easier transition to life outside of college.

Kickoff Night

Our annual Kick-Off Night happens at the beginng of each year! We will be sure to communicate when Kickoff Night is in Fall 2015!

What is Alum101?

Alum101 is series of programs throughout your senior year that will guide you through the transition from student to alumni. The series will allow you to gain the tools you'll need to grow personally and professionally as you enter the network of 95,000 RPI alumni.
